Hi Guys

How do I get a list detailing names 1st name and email addresses of all users from one site. I'm using exchange 5.5
Is there a way I could generate this list and export it to a word document or spreadsheet?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Sure, do a directory export from within Exchange Admin. This will dump all the information you need into a CSV file.

Hi Vos

Thanks for your quick response
I'm going to be doing this in a working environment. Wont this affect anything at all. Looks like it's exporting the entire mailbox. will everything remain intact?
What can I use to view the CSV file?

Doing a directory export has no affect at all on the environment.

A CSV file can be viewed, edited and imported into Excel.

Glad to hear it! The directory export/import feature is definately one of the features I like the most of Exchange 5.5. Good for all kinds of things!
