Hi to all,

Pls help this is urgent....
I recently Setup the exchange server 2000 and shfit all the current contacts into the public folder.
I have been trying for a few weeks to add the contacts in the public folder into the address list but I couldnt...
Anyone pls help. Thanks!!

Go on the folder (must be of Contact type) you are trying to add to your contacts list, right-click on it and do Properties.

Go to the Outlook Address Book tab and add the checkmark in Show this folder as an email address book.

You can change the name you want listed in the box from Contacts to something like Company Contact, so you don't get confused with your Contact in your own mailbox.

RESTART Outlook.

Now, when you look in your address book, you will have Global Address Book, Contacts and Company Contacts.

This must be done on EACH Outlook client individually. There is no way that I know of to include this directly into Outlook with a policy or without setting it up prior to the Outlook deployement.

I couldnt access these contacts when I am using OWA.
