Address changes before my eyes!?

A user has informed me that when he sends email to a user he has no problems, but that when he responds to email sent by the user it comes back undeliverable. I decided to email the person to have her send me a test. When I use his link for her email address, it changes from our standard smtp format to first name, middle initial, last name--a format we don't use--as soon as I typed something in the body.

Is this pulling from a PAB, and if so, whose??

It probably gets it out of the default address book or contacts.
Check those and modify the entry. _{If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, excpect random guesses or no replies at all. Please specify details.
