Address Book 2

This is what I have:

1 user has 2 separate mailboxes with 2 separate names:

rsmith@somewhere.com
roberts@somewhere.com

I ONLY want rsmith@somewhere.com to show up in the global address book. NOT BOTH. (I want roberts@somewhere.com to be "HIDDEN&quot This is due to the fact that emails sent to roberts@somewhere.com is being forwarded to ANOTHER mailox. Users by mistake type just "robert" and outlook automatically fills in the rest of the information. This is a problem because these emails go to another mailbox and robert never sees them!!! Basically I want "roberts@somewhere.com" to be completely "hidden" or "removed" from the address book...BUT NOT THE ACCOUNT REMOVED....

Go to the advanced tab of the user properties in Exchange Administrator. There is the option there to check a box to hide from the address book.
