This is what I have:

1 user has 2 separate mailboxes with 2 separate names:

rsmith@somewhere.com
roberts@somewhere.com

I ONLY want rsmith@somewhere.com to show up in the global address book. NOT BOTH. (I want roberts@somewhere.com to be "HIDDEN") This is due to the fact that emails sent to roberts@somewhere.com is being forwarded to ANOTHER mailox. Users by mistake type just "robert" and outlook automatically fills in the rest of the information. This is a problem because these emails go to another mailbox and robert never sees them!!! Basically I want "roberts@somewhere.com" to be completely "hidden" or "removed" from the address book...BUT NOT THE ACCOUNT REMOVED....

I hope I explained everything clearly...
Thanks in advance

Go to the advanced tab of the user properties in Exchange Administrator. There is the option there to check a box to hide from the address book.
