Address book displays name instead of email address.

I assume you are using "Outlook" not "Outlook Express"...
If you look in addressbook entry for one of the users whose details don't print out correctly, and look at the
"DISPLAY AS"
below their email address, it sometimes only puts a name in there. Delete it and press TAB once. That should re-apply it in the format. - It takes the display name from:
FULL NAME (EMAIL@ADDRESS)
