Address bar info converted to text

I am trying to convert/retrieve a text string in one of these 2 formats XXXXX-XXXXXX or XXXXX-XXXXX

from this IE address bar code.

?c=us&cs=19&fb=1&l=en&oc=iB130RDM1&s=dhs

Any Ideas?

I don't know how you're planning on getting that address bar into whatever format you want, but you will be doing that with whatever server side language you have at your disposal and not with html.

The address bar info is a converted representation of the origional format. I am looking to convert it back to xxx's

Is this from a form posted to a page that processes the form? What's creating the information in the URL in the first place?

It is a Dell E-value code similar to:

6V620-iB130S1

The code shows up in the address bar as:

?c=us&cs=19&fb=1&l=en&oc=iB130RDM1&s=dhs

I am trying to convert it back to xxxxx-xxxxxx + or - x.
