I would like to use more than one phone per xtn. ie

xtn 700 line has a double adapter plugged in that i want two phones running out of. when i have plugged them in only one works. How can i get it to work.

If the phone is digital, that double adaptor is used for a power supply or other requirements.
You cannot place two digital phones on one jack.

You could however, program a second phone on another jack or port as a bridged phone to the first via programming.

If the phone is analog or single line set, you then can split the jack for two phones. If this is the case, check the Splitter, as some of those devices may be privacy device splitters instead, allowing either one or the other phone to work at any one time.

(The programming for the second set is bridged appearance or abridged appearance, of the original set)
