Hi all - another super-urgent question. I'm working with a coworker's graph of stacked columns. A client (the same one as before) just asked me to remove two of the three types of data displayed and to add a new one. I've added the new one, but I want it to be displayed underneath the remaining column. Instead, the Powerpoint chart maker graphs it on top of the remaining column, and bumps up the total number accordingly.
Basically, my source data goes:
Year| Widgets | Total Production | (NEW) Woggles
1999| 55 | 100 | 10
2000| 20 | 110 | 15
2001| 33 | 117 | 65
2002| 37 | 150 | 90
Right now, the graph displays a colored column for Total Production, and Widgets is a differently colored column within the Total Production bar. This is good.
But when I try to add Woggles, Woggles goes on top of Total Production, rather than within it. And, Excel/Powerpoint thinks that the new number of Total Production is 240, when it should still be 150.
Moving the order of columns from Widget/Total/Woggles to Widget/Woggles/Total didn't seem to make any difference.
Any help???
