Adding to Dictionary in OWA

Scenario: None of our User PC's is held within our domain or included in any network. Our domain runs on a 2003 server and exchange server. Therefore all our 800 users use OWA to access their mailbox.

Problem: With OWA 'users' cannot add to dictionary because the dictionary sits server side.


Solution: a) Does anyone know of third party software that would give us this functionality?

Solution: b) I believe there is a way to connect RPC over HTTP proxy which will allow user to access the exchange server with outlook?

Any help with the above would be truly appreachaited.
