Adding text to an e-mail 1

I am using outlook 2002

Can somebody please remind me of the setting to append every e-mail with a piece of text (e.g. address/phone number)

It should be v straight forward but I seem to be missing the setting

if you go into tools - options - mail format - signatures and play about with the autosignatures from there....
