Adding second Exchange 2003 in a seperate domain

We have Exchange 2003 that hosts mailboxes for two domains that are connected by VPN. Could somobody please tell me how could I configure a second exchange server in the second domain and move mailboxes that belong to the second domain to the new exchange 2003 server??
