Hiya!

This DB i'm slowly but surely building is gonna kill me before long!!! Every solution brings another question!!!

At the min, i'm adding records to one table via a form. The boxes on the forms are contolled by other tables....looking good so far for me!!! But what if I want to add a record where an field entry is not in the tables? Is there anyway I can get it to add automatically? Or if not automatically, fairly simply?

It sounds like what your looking for is the 'On Not In List' event of a combo box. If you set the combo boxes limit to list property to true, you can then put some code in this event that will allow the user to update the list.
