after rebuilding our clusters we restored all our backed up printers (ie print queues) to the Active Directory and users can connect and use them fine
However we have found that the "print operator" group is not added in the security part for each printer (they should be by default). Consequently we cannot delegate printer operations to anyone by dropping them into this group. Only admins are in the security of each printer
Does any one know a quick way to add the "print operator" group to each printer. We have a few hundred of them and don't want to do them one by one
