Adding New Exchange - Moving Users

Just when I thought it was going good, my Exchange 2k server is giving me fits. Too many problems to list, so I was thinking about building another Exch 2k server, moving the users over to it, and removing the current Exchange box.

Anybody got suggestions or KB references. I have inbound emails pointing to the current box, will box-1 forward to users that have been moved over to box-2 - until it get everyone moved over? (i sure would hope exchange can do this..)

Is there a utility like the move mailbox option that was available in AD when I upgraded from 5.5 to get the users over to box-2.

If you have two exchange boxes you can look at this article. I performed these steps about a year ago on our exchange server to move it to a new computer and use the new computer name.
