Adding new domain JUST for email

We are working with another company now on a new project that requires some of my users (10 total) to use their domain for email. They do not need any access to their domain resources, simply the ability to use an xyz.com email address.

I know I can do this using the existing infrastructure (1 Exchange 5.5 server, single domain). Does anyone have a place to direct me on making sure my connectors and everything are correct to add this domain? What rights do the owners of that domain need to give me as an Exchange Admin?? TIA

i think it's the job for the other company's admin as the mx record is pointed to their server (i asume that)
it depends what mail server they are running, he just creates new aliases and redirects the mails to your employees real mail addresses
hope that helps
