I have never tried the user wizard on a Windows 2K server. I suggest trying it. If it does not work it will tell you when you open it up I believe. Let me know if it works. James Collins

Tried to run NT User wizard from a W2K domain controller. Program came back with an error saying it had to be run from the Primary Domain Controller. We don't have a PDC (as I understand W2K server there are no PDCs anymore just a bunch of DCs) so this isn't gonna work.
As I continued to research this problem, found a Microsoft KB article (Q199878) which talks about an Addusers.exe utility that can do what I want to do from a command line. Unfortunately, it's not a default program with W2K server. Supposedly it's on the NT4.0 resource kit. However, when I downloaded that, it wasn't there. Gotta love Microsoft...
So if anybody knows where I could pick up that utility, I'd appreciate it.

Yeah addusers.exe is what you need
I created our 5000 users using it
You can specify a some user details with it, DOB, profile path, home directory, description.
We too tried to use NT user wizard to no avail, but this is just as easy
