adding main line to another extension

Hi, I wonder if you could help. I need the main line to ring in another extension (ie. I want the main line to ring at my phone, ext 240, so that I can cover the receptionist while on a brake) how do I go about programming this. The hardware software I am running is:

Modular ICS Systems Software Version R1T1 through 1.1

Find the line number(ie Line 001) and assign to your set.

you cannot do that in R1T1 or 1.1
