Can anyone give me step by step instructions regarding how to add DNIS digits to an Opt 61 version 2311 release 25? I want AT&T to point an 800 number to DNIS 4571 but it needs to be placed in the DNIS table first.

Thanks In Advance,

It think you might mean IDC tabels. Routes into the switches I support are all set up as DID or TIE, and all I do is tell the carrier the extension I want it pointed to...so if 4571 is a valid DN on your pbx, it should work. I don't know how to do IDC programming

does the dnos match your numbering plan? if so no entry is needed.. if not
ld 49
prt
idc
return

if you don't have a table built the next command is new,
1
4571 return
xxxx with xxxx =to the digits you need..

then do a change on the att route, ld 16, then at the idc prompt enter yes, the next two lines enter the table number, that translates the number day and night
