Adding Dial by Name in Auto Attendant CP150

How do I add the feature dial by name? When someone calls and the get the "Welcome to ... " I want to option to dial by name.

Press the # sign for the company directory.
Under configuration-system properties-check make directory available box.In the users mailbox check the display in directory box.
