Hi guys,
Adding a windows xp machine to a domain.
As soon as the user logs on to the domain for the first time it creates a new folder in documents and settings and all of the previous files and settings are gone/within another user folder.
scenario 1: My boss is currently using a local admin account on her xp machine. She has all of her outlook accounts, favorites, contact lists etc.. nicely setup and is not part of the domain. Once I add her to the domain it will create a new folder for her, losing all of her outlook, contacts, and app data settings!
Is there an easy way to keep all of the settings that the local computer user is currently using?
Thanks if you can help.
