I would like to add blank lines to the bottom of a repot for employees to make field notes. It is probably an easy fix but I am just not getting it. My problem is that if the sub reports are long the notes section continues onto a new page. I want to limit the report to one page and just fill in the extra space on the bottom with blank lines.

From the View Menu in design view select Report Header and Footer. The Report Footer can be expanded downward to give you a guaranteed amount of space at the end of the report. You can just grab the bottom edge with your mouse and move it up and down as needed. you can also put a label on the Left and Put a caption in it of Comments:
