I have a Definity G3csi v13 system and our cashier is using a 302C console and I would like to add another for overflow and appointments. Is there anything in the settings that needs to be changed for calls to roll to the second console? I've dupicated the settings in the switch so far...

I have 2 Consoles and This is how I got it to work.

1. Add Att 2 See Below:
ATTENDANT CONSOLE 2

Type: console Name: Attendant 2
Extension: 05 Group: 1 Auto Answer: none
Console Type: day-only TN: 1 Data Module? n
Port: XXXXXXX COR: 1 Disp Client Redir? n
COS: 0 Display Language: english
H.320 Conversion? n

The Attendant Is day only. This works for me as when the POS Busy button is pushed making the Attendant available calls rotate between Attendant 1 and 2. Press POS Busy again and all calls go to Attendant 1. If you wish to send only certain Calls to attendant 2 you need a much more complicated arrangement IE Attendant vectoring and attendants 1 and 2 to login to the attendant split. The above will only split the calls between the 2 attendants when attendant 2 is available.

I hope this makes sense
