adding a 012 to an ACS

I have an ACS 5.0 with 3 308EC mods. I need to add 12 more extensions, will an 012 work with the following configuration

Slot 1: 308EC
SLot 2: 308EC
Processor
Slot 3: 308EC
Slot 4: Vacant slot for a new 012????

Sure, that will put you at 44 stations, the ACS R5 max is 48. 012 cards have issues if you have a lot of 32 button phones connected, but if you stick with 18-D's you will be fine. Although no room for voice mail, except PC Card mail or something external.
