I am not sure if this topic has been covered. I have an Option 11 at Rls 25.40. I have quite a few 3904's. I can not redial from the call log. The call log only stores the digits of the calling party without the 9. When I select the number and dial it fails because of the missing 9. Is there a way to add 9 to the caller's ID of external callers only?

i don't see one on the options button of the 3904, that is where it would be. the clid table is you outbound id

In the Call log you should have an edit soft key - press that and you can add 91 or whatever is needed to dial.

If you do not have an edit soft key try updating your firmware on the set.

Thanks Reusser...but that part I knew. I am looking for a way to add nine to the caller ID before it gets to the phone so that the call log sees the nine. I have alot of user who would like to be able to just scroll through the log and just redial. Is there a way to add the nine prior to the CLID reaching the phone?
