I have a Callpilot150 in place that has 20 mb's, basic call center, and reporting for basic call center.

The amount of calls and ACD needs have out grown this single CP and I am looking to add another, which i have done before. I wonder if anyone knows the answer to the following:

Will the second CP with Enhanced conflict with the first CP150 with Basic CC?

Do i need to remove basic CC before trying this?

Any help would be appreciated.

TIA

From what I have read one would be used for voice and the second for ACD only.

you are correct. In fact, the second cp is set as the ACD and the first as VM. However both machines are licensed with CC in this scenario, 1 with basic and 1 enhanced. Will that cause a conflict?

Good question.

Depends if the to CC's have their own Feature codes ?
I would suggest using only 1 for CC but the guide should explain that for you.

Ideally your best with a BCM especially when getting into reporting.

curly i wish i could move them into a BCM or IPO, but they are not going for it. This group takes 800-1300 calls a day and half are answered by the AA and half of those calls are sent to a queue. I can't add 2 new CP, i have to reuse the one they have. I know that i need to add a second with enhanced, i'm just not sure if there will be conflict with the original having basic already loaded on it.

Know any way of removing the licensing for the basic CC? if so that will solve my problem.

re-install only removes programming, it will not remove the keycodes.

why not just add Enhanced to the first 1 and no ACD on the 2nd.

thats all i can think of Hawks. i was trying to keep from having to rebuild the VM side, but doesn't look as if that is going to happnen.
