Adding 2003 Server Group Policy Objects to Windows 2000 sever

I just added an 2003 Member Server to a Windows 2000 Server. How can I add all the Group Policy Objects I get with 2003 to the 2000 Domain?

Do I have to upgrade my 2000 Server to 2003 to get all those object functionality.

For an example on my 2003 server I want to disable the shutdown tracker. But When I create a new Policy, there is no choice for it under Computers ---> Administrative ---> Shutdown Tracker


And Ideas or way to do this

So how would I disable the Shutdown Event Tracker on my 2003 member server when all DCs are 2000?
