Add remove lists wont update

dear all,

recently i updated my windows me with some service pack from microsoft.
now i found out that my add remove programs list cant be upadated to show the latest programs installed.

i have to uninstall manually..
any help is welcomed.

i have search the knowledge base but no answer.

You can try a restore that may fix
