Add / Remove Agents Skills with different TN

Hi all,

i have an issue with some Agents who have another TN

Default we use TN 1
Some Agents using TN 3 cause they want to have MOH and they get a busy tone after Input of Service Level and #

Where is the Link between TN and Skill Groups ?

Well, in each tenant you can define if they can call other tenants, that would be a first thing to look at.

Otherwise, I haven't played with it much.
