Add new country to Active Directory schema

Hi,
I'd like to create a new value for the country object in Active Directory.

So what I'm trying to do is add Wales & Scotland to the list of countries in the country object, so when I create a user account, Wales & Scotland are available when setting the country value.

Does anyone know how this would be achieved?

I don't think this can be done, although I am ready to be corrected.

The list of country codes is based on ISO 3166 and I don't believe it is alterable within AD..
