Add ethernet to 2811

I have a customer with a 2811 router currently. They are using both ethernet interfaces and need to add another routable interface. Will the HWIC-4ESW let me achieve this? It look'd to me like it would by assigning the IP on the VLAN interface and making the ports a member of the appropriate VLAN.
