Hi all,

I have a main form with two buttons for add and edit records. When I click on add button the blank data entry form opens with 5 subforms. One of the subforms shows the previous data in it instead of being blank. Same thing happens when I want to edit the particular record. So when I select particular record from combo box to edit, that same subform would have other data mixed with it instead of that related record.

What's going on?
Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Records in subforms are filtered based on values/fields in the Link Master/Child properties.

No. I developed Form/Subform based on multiple relational tables.

Check the Link Master/Child properties on the subform that doesn't work vs those that do work.

I checked the relationships with each tables and they all look ok. This is driving me nuts ... please help!

Thanks!

I suggested you review the Link Master/Child properties of the subform controls. This is somewhat separate from relationships between tables.

Sorry I misunderstood the first time.

Its working fine now. Link for Master and Child fields were blank so all the records were showing.

Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it.
