Add BCMS-Vu status agents, PBX not letting add.

Hello

Customer does not have Agent Expert Selection (AES), need to add agents BCMS-VU LOGINS, need to know how to add these agents, need steps.

If your system is already set up for BCMS agents, you just need to enter the command add bcms/vustat login. You can do a list bcms/vustats login to see what is already there.
If you are just setting this up, under system-parameter features you need to turn on BCMS/VuStats LoginIDs (around page 12), assign a login length and if you want to Validate the LoginID when the user logs in before you can add an agent. Once you activate this an agent MUST login with the ID before they can handle calls for splits measured by BCMS.
 
Can not find on Customer System Feature page 12 Login Lenght Option, this customer had before Call Center Campaigns, but switch 3 years to other PBX Brand to handle call Center. Now I need to add a new campaign for a Help Desk of 10 agents, but not find the way to add thes 10 Loggins following command: ch bcms-vu login-id or by add bcms-vu login-id. Even though I performe a List bcms-vu stat and there no agents configured. All the setting are okay in the System Parameter Customer Option and the System Customer Feature.
But still can not find the correct way to add at least one (1) agent. I have created the Hunt-Grp 36 and have already a station added to this Hunt-Group 36.
