Add another Intercom button to M7208 phone

We have Norstar Modular ICS 4.0 and all of our phones have only two intercom buttons (the first two buttons above the Handsfree button). We want to add 1 or 2 more intercom buttons so the user can handle more than just 2 calls at a time when they are logged in.

Can this be done? If so, what are the steps.

ACD will route only one call ...
But the number of intercoms can be incerased under line assignment

Log in with installers password.

Under terminals and set, choose the ext that you would like to change. Enter line access and line assigment, next till you see intercom: and hit the soft key under change to the number you would like. If these steps don't sound like something you have done in the past, please call your vendor.

So is there any way the auto attendant can send more than one call at a time to a particular agent? They can see that there are calls in the queue and would like to be able to put the current caller on hold then break in to the next caller and say "hello, please hold" (just to give them a warm-fuzzy that we are getting to them), then return to the current caller.
