Acucobol paged grid

I am new to Acucobol 4.3 and I can not create a 'Paged grid'.
Can somebody help me sending an complete sample?

I suggest that you should go to Acucorp's Website to find the demonstration: "GUI features of ACUCOBOL-GT". The page-grid had included in "Adv.Controls"
