Acucobol and Novell

Please help me.
I am using a computer with Win 98 with Novell Client 3.32, with Acucobol 5.2.1 and a server Novell 6.0.
This happening the following problem. When one of the computers this using the program another doesn't get to use the same program or files executed by that program.
Somebody had some experience as that.

Currently no Novell Netware system available but I remember you had to mark all your files as sharable using the command FLAG *.* +SRW (or was it FLAG +SRW *.*).
