ActiveX - Info Bar Not showing

Hello,

I have a webpage which requires a sound, to play a sound you now need to allow the active-x component.

This is not problem for 99.9% of our members, the info bar pops down, they right click, install active-x component and then bingo, it never hassles them again.

However, a couple of member don't get the info bar appear, instead they get a standard windows prompt to click to allow active-x component to run, but they get this everytime they visit the page.

Why is this?

Where is the info bar and why does it ask them every time they visit?

Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins is set to prompt?

This is set to 'Enable'

Thanks linney, but I just removed the sound from the page, it's not worth the time and hassle, so I deleted it.
