I'm tearing my hair out with this one.

I have a project which is essentially a browser/search tool for a database stored on a cd. Everything works splendidly on most machines, however some have a lamentable tendency to give the error in the subject rather than doing what they are told. I can only assume that this is because I haven't provided all the necessary dlls or ocxs. I am using a program called Fusion to ensure that the dependencies are met, however it appears not to work terribly well. Is there any definitive tool out there which will tell me which dlls and ocxs I need to include? I've tried several different dependency checkers and they all give conflicting results.

If there's anything I can do to get rid of this error, please could someone let me know what it is? I'm getting more and more exasperated by the minute!

Why don't you make a setup package. The package should include all DLLs and OCXs that your program will need.
