Someone told me to use an activeX commondialog in a previous question... how do i get access to this function/button?? ie. where is it on the toolbar?

ok, found it actually... i'm looking to make a browser (to browse my hard drive) and there's 100+ options for activeX, which should I use?

ok, well here's a better question.. does anyone know where I can download the command dialog activeX control?
