ActiveSync Error HTTP_500

I am having problems syncing from OWA to PDA for some of our users. I am able to sync with some accounts successfully but others I am getting HTTP_500 server error on the PDA. It seems to be a permissions problem but I can seem to track it down. Any help would be great.

Not much help but when I was googling around for help on a different Exchange activesync issue I was having there were a lot of posts/answers about http 500 issues so worth doing if someone here doesn't reply.
