Active Directory Problem

Hi,

We have a w2k server running active directory for around 90 users. When the user saves anything to my docs or windows desktop it copies it to the server when they log off. Fine, no problems.

Then, when they delete that file it will not delete from the server when they log off, and so will re-appear again next time they log on!

Is this correct in W2k server, can I force it to "sycronize" properly?

I think it has to do with file caching...

Sounds more like they aren't logging off properly. No idea how to fix it though I'm afraid.
