Active Directory Migration Tool - Urgent

When attempting to run the ADMT for a user migration, I reveive an error message that states the 'source computer has refused the connection'. A trust is established and functional. The IP reg hack for allowclientconnect (or close) has been applied. The target admin is a member of the built-in source admins group. Any other Ideas? It *should* work, but it doesn't. The only troubleshooting help I can find is the help included with the tool, the online information is all 'overview'. Thanks.
