active directory migration problem

Hi,

I'm migrating from a win2k forest to an external forest. When I try to
migrate workstations I receive these errors in the dispatch log.

2004-06-28 10:09:28 Created account input file for remote agents:
DCTCache.011
2004-06-28 10:09:28 Installing agent on 1 servers
2004-06-28 10:09:28 The Active Directory Migration Tool Agent will be
installed on \\testjob.company1.com
2004-06-28 10:09:29 ERR2:7625 Unable to connect to
\\testjob.company1.com\ADMIN$. The machine might be down or its
Server, Netlogon service might not be started. rc=1722 The RPC server is
unavailable.
2004-06-28 10:09:29 ERR2:7014 The Active Directory Migration Tool Agent
Service on \\testjob.company1.com did not start. See the application
log on \\testjob.company1.com for details.
2004-06-28 10:09:30 All agents are installed. The dispatcher is finished.

Online docs indicate it could be:
1) RPC service not running. RPC is running
2) Admin$ share not available. Admin$ share is available.
3) File & printer sharing not installed. F & P is installed
4) DNS issues. Not sure what the problem might be in this area?
