Active Directory Local Admin Group creation

I would like to create a group in Active Directory, which has Local Admin rights to the computer which a user logs onto.
I'm not sure how to set this up. I know how to create a new group, but I am unsure how to give that group local admin permissions.

Any assistance is much appreciated
