Hi

I have been trying to find out what are the steps and requirements of the

installation process of Windows Active Directory using Unix/Linux Bind DNS.

I never imagined how hard to find this information was, I have been surfing for

long hours on the web but I have found anything.

So far I know that I need the latest version of Bind.

If anybody knows something about it, please let me know?

Thanks in advance.

You are talking two seperate operating systems. You can use Windows to install AD, but it won't work on Unix/Linux to my knowledge.

I stand corrected. Why not install a second server that is running MS and run in mixed mode?
