Activation Dial Extension By Spelling Last Name

HI, Trying to activate the ability to dial an extension by spelling the last name in Callpilot. Just curious where to start with this. Thanks!

You will need to start with building a menu and in that menu you give the caller the option of dialing by name or extension number

I thought this was just a feature the admin turns on in CallPilot Manager. You set the code for callers to press for dial-by-name, and you can toggle individual mailbox subscribers on/off as to whether or not they can be reached this way. It's clunky, I don't love it.
