We have an Option 11 and we need to assign one of our DID's to an existing extension. Any help or direction would be great.

Thaknks!

you need to know what your DID range is. If you don't you should call your carrier and get it from them. Say your DID range is 3500-3519. To find an unused one do the following:
LD 20
REQ PRT
TYPE LUDN (list unused DNs)
DN 35 (then press return)
then look for anything between 3500 and 3519. 3520 would not be part of that range. Then just assign one of those numbers to your phone:
key xx SCR 35XX
that's it!

Or use an IDC table to point it to whatever extension you want
it to ring to.

key o scr 3519
