I'm attempting to use the softskill exam prep to gain a ACS (VSM). I'm doing this myself without any company sponser. At avaya uni, you can only purchase this with a company PO or voucher, so i cannot get access. Approached softskill in US & UK and they are next useless. Avaya point me towards softskill.
Can anybody advise whether they eventually got access to skillsoft and how? Impressions of the value of the courses too if you have any opinion.
Also, I have ACA/ACS in IP Implement & ACA VSM, can anybody advise on possible other elective tracks. Money is an issue, so inexpensive routes is best for me.
All thoughts are welcomed.
