Will an new ACS processor and 308EC fit in an existing Partner II Carrier cabinet. If not, what modifications do I have to make?

ACS processor in old Partner II Carrier

Actually, you might have to break off the tab under the processor slot so as not to interfere with the battery cover. Just twist it off with a pair of long nose pliers.
