Acrobat 4.0 and 5.0 Printing

I'm printing my repots through Adobe Distiller 4.0.

Some users print using Adobe Acrobat 5.0 and others are printing Acrobat 4.0.

My issues is when they are printing labels Acrobat 5.0 is not lining
up the labels correctly but 4.0 works perfectly. I had the users on 5.0
change the print format to Print as Image and that will fix the reports
but not the labels.

Any ideas on how to correct this issue?

I found the answer....

In Adobe 5.0 you have to check the box that says "Expand small pages to paper size" and un-check the box that says "Shrink oversized pages to paper size". Also check "Print as image".

I feel very stupid. After reading your reply, I went back to see what kind of text was in the field. I think I had tried to change several fields, one of which contained alpha data.
Thank you! If you had not responded I would probably still be puzzled!
